4/24/24 12:35 p presented depressed. hyperpnea noted which blended into a regular paroxysmal spontaneous cough. right side lung sounds generally depressed with right side mild crackles noted. left lung fields clear to slightly coarse. HR=76bpm. mm pk/moist < 2 secs. abdomen noted to be somewhat pendulous. on palpation, abdomen is non painful. large amount of urine voided by patient. slightly turbid and dark yellow (free catch obtained).
bloodwork consistent chronic inflammatory disease with a possible left shift.
radiographs reveal severe air bronchograms present in most of the right lung field (most severe right cranial lobe) and a significant interstitial to peribrochiolar pattern present left fields.
dx-consistent with chronic pneumonia/pneumonitis.
