cicero
Breed:Chow Chow (mix breed)
Profile:Large size adult
male
Cicero is an absolutely gorgeous Chow mix, who was found running down the middle of the road with a huge chain & padlock around his neck. It is surprising that he could even move with that huge chain on him. He is super friendly & just wants to play. He is larger than most Chow Chows. He may even be a Samoyed mix. We don't know. He loves attention. Cicero wants a loving home with no more chains.
