A volunteer was able to get Buddy out of the shelter to a foster home where he can stay for a while. We need to get him adopted.
Buddy tested heartworm positive, and will have to be treated. Buddy is a friendly and handsome American mixed breed who is responsive to commands. He's active and requires exercise. He walks fine on a leash and knows \"sit.\" Buddy should be an inside dog and monitored when outdoors because he can climb/jump a fence. His previous owner said Buddy is good with children and knows sit and fetch.
Buddy is already neutered and can go to his new home as soon as he is adopted. He is also vaccinted and microchipped.
