11/27/08 - My goodness - this is the sweetest girl. Please somebody step up for her. Our shelter is at 4 times its capacity and Sugar has been with us since August...Help her! She deserves a chance at love and family.
This is Sugar. She was surrendered by her owner on 8/27/08. Sugar had apparently wandered up to the home as a stray. They kept her a little while, but now had to move into an apartment and could not keep her. At the shelter, she was bunking outside with Diamond (a black lab also at our shelter) until Diamond struck gold (she went to a foster home). Now Sugar is all alone. Sugar is a very sweet, playful dog and is about a year old. All she needs is some exercise and attention. She is marked urgent because she was an owner surrender and the shelter has no more spots available. Call Joan at 870-739-5412 between 1 and 5 or 870-739-1145 in the evening.
