Congo was turned brought to us by animals control along with 6 other dogs. the Owner had passed away, He is Not neutered and of course unknown about past vet history or home behaviors! We did Clip his nails and he was very calm about it! he is atleast 3 years old , gets along with other dogs. he is in need of a new loving home!
