About rupert: Rupert came in as a stray and was never claimed by his owner. He is a great dog but very strong when walking him on a leash. He seems to get along well with other dogs and would make a great addition to any family. Please note, Rupert is in a high kill shelter and dogs only have to be held for 72 hours. Our adoption fee is a mere $32.00. What a small price to pay for such a great dog.
