About bibi: A man came into the shelter carrying this momma dog and then went out returning with a large box. He shook the box upsidedown dumping 3 puppies out! They are all better off out of his life. Bibi is a Beagle with Plott/brindle markings and very sweet natured. The shelter has been full, please help this nice girl and adopt or foster her.
