Lee is a stray. We first had been notified about him
when someone tried to keep him from runing in the road.
Unfortunately, he ran away from her and was struck by
a vehicle. A week later, someone else had found him and
left him in our pen outside. Our vet. looked at him and
has determined that his wounds are superficial. His wounds
are healing. He gets along with other dogs. However,
he will constantly hump them to establish dominance.
UPDATE: Courtesy of Ring Dog Rescue, Lee is now neutered,
has had his rabies and distemper shots, and is microchipped.
He is heartworm positive and is being treated for lymes and ehrlichia.
UPDATE: He does not do well with adult intact males. He is okay
with adult intact females but still questionable. He would probably
do best as the only dog. He is extremely affectionate. There is now a $230.00 sponsorship for the qualified rescue that saves Lee.
