Notes:\t \tBISHOP presented to the shelter as a stray and was never reclaimed. He does have a flea/skin issue that he is being treated for. He is a smart boy and knows the sit command. He will need leash training. Must have rescue commitment by 430pm on Thursday Feb 2.
