Love at first sight.His round face like a cinnamon bun, his gentle chestnut eyes, his little teeth a bit in disarray , a cute drawer tongue and a compact muscular body, all those features lumped together and begging.Take me out, take me out?I?m all all yours I was a bit hesitant, though.His name Muscles and his obvious excitement. I gave him a treat, he sat , I leashed him and off, we flied to the yard.Muscles needed to go. He marks his territory and pulls toward other dogs, whimpering. He is happy to be free in a pen and runs around to burn pent up energy. His face is beaming. He is so lively. I call him. He stops all of a sudden and runs toward me. He is now just a little boy seeking comfort in my arms, shiny eyes, big smile, all soft and raggedy like a teddy bear Kisses flow on both sides. Time to go back I will make sure to see him again He is a real lover. Muscles was surrendered as his ailing master could not handle a young dog anymore. This is why, although well fed and most likely very much loved, Muscles was not taken out much, eliminated on a wee wee pad and has tremendously long and curved nails. No wonder that he is a real road runner here at the care center He has so much work outs to catch up with. Muscles comes with excellent recommendations. He lived and played well with old and young children and is not known to have any handling issues. He warms up slowly to strangers , a side I personally did not experience but we have to believe those who knew him well. I am sure that Muscles is not perfect but who needs angels? Muscles will make, I bet, someone very happy to adopt him and have him as a world class forever best friend. Muscles is waiting for you at the Manhattan Care Center.
