Friends of Memphis Animal Services says: \"He came in yesterday, and we were asked to bathe this guy today due to his messy skin. He has scraped negative for mange so we are not sure what is going on. He was really really dirty. Jasper was a good dog for a bath, and we discovered he knows how to sit! He sits perfectly for a treat which he takes gently. He also is good on a leash. Jasper obviously has not been well cared for, but he does not let that get him down. Jasper is positive for heartworms which is no surprise. We hope that someone will see his beauty. Jasper will be a stunner when he is cared for properly!\"
