WOW. Whats his name?? Get ready to hear that each and every day of your life with famous Amos by your side. Yep this is far from your average, cookie cutter pup. With his sweet vanilla and silver cow print coat, this boy is more delicious than anything mom ever made. AWWW. Here we go again! Now 1 year-old Amos is dazzling crowds with his excellent leash manners and picture perfect sit. With etiquette far beyond what any 1 year old should have, Amos is a perfect gentleman from the moment that we meet. Oh. My. Goodness! Well Amos has gone and done it again. Now hes enraptured another with just a few wags of his long tail. Of course one works up a hunger when admired so furiously so Amos and I decide to stop for some treats. I would like to say I am surprised to see him sniff and first consider my roast beef offerings being indulging, but I am not. Its precisely how any proven gentleman would behave. Oh no he is TOO cute! Have I mentioned we have gone just one block? But no matter. Amos graciously accepts more attention and I have now grown used to being ignored. Sweet, delectable, warm, and ooey gooey, famous Amos is exactly the treat you need to mark the end to a long day. So satisfy your sweet tooth, grab a cup of milk, and get ready to (happily) be ignored by everyone around you. Amos is waiting in adoptions at Manhattans ACC.
A volunteer writes: If you are handsome and you know it wag your tail wag, wag, wag Amos is a WOW, no question about it. His gorgeous big head, soft eyes, stunningly groomed coat and ever wagging tail holds the promise of a super loving and affectionate dog. And, Amos delivers on that promise! Adopted from us and returned for no time, we are told that Amos lived with young children, and a few puppies. Amos went to the dog park where he played with other large breeds, and has done well in ACC playgroups. He does better with females than males, and its recommended that if he is adopted into a home with another dog, it be with a female. We are told that Amos does not guard his things, is friendly to all, his favorite games are tug and fetch, and he needs to be walked regularly to maintain his housetraining skills. I loved my time with Amos, he walks nicely on leash, but will pull if he sees something or someone he needs to investigate, showed off his sit, takes treats gently, posed for photos like a model, and joined me on the bench of lots of hugs and kisses. Amos enjoys life with gusto, hes energetic, fun, lively and a total delight. He told me that he would love to be adopted by an active person or family with the promise of plenty of regular exercise and lots of love. Mr. Awesome I mean Amos, would love to meet you today.
