A MAS volunteer who spent time with me said I walked nicely on the leash, and I was reserved and calm but also affectionate once I warmed up to her. I did my business as soon as we went outside. I wasn't interested in the treats she had, and when I saw other dogs I seemed politely interested. She said I was very sweet and slowly warmed up to her, and that when it was time to go back in my kennel, I showed off my very good manners and went right in with no hesitation. I?m 3 years old, 68 pounds and heartworm positive, so my new family will need to treat that. - #A299804
