Andy is a handsome fellow who came into the shelter as a stray. He did spend time outside trying to escape the fence, so he needs a secure fence for his safety. Andy walked nicely on a leash and loved it outside where he may have lived before coming here. Andy is about six years old, and his id number is A301609.
