in kennel: pet displayed sociability via interest in tactile with a wagging tail and taking offered treats and licks my hands.

Dog displayed sociability by coming over and barking for affection with a wagging tail, tucked ears, and loose body.
He is easily leashed and walked outside where he jumps up and pulls heavily on leash.
He pulls heavily to greet other dogs with a tense body and wagging tail where he holds his head low focusing on them and is
difficult to redirect and continues to pull heavily on leash.
He is returned to kennel.
