Bandido is on emergency placement for behavior concerns. Bandido remains highly uncomfortable in the care center and has only tolerated very minimal handling. Bandido has been observed to escalate rapidly to growling, snarling, and snapping when attempts to handle are made. Medically, Bandido has periodontal disease.
