Manny makes me sad. He?s an absolutely stunning dog and well behaved/friendly but seems to have been neglected. He?s wearing a wretched thick and ugly collar that looks like the clasp has broken (maybe how he escaped?). His elbows also look rough, and are bleeding a little. He flinched the first couple of times I went to pat him, but then seemed to enjoy and appreciate the affection. He met Brodi through his run, they did fine and Manny seemed curious but friendly. He deserves better than this!
