📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
Very vocal and reactive as I approach kennel. Continues to be vocal while leashing but relaxes once leashed and outside of kennel. Walks loosely on leash as I took him outside and placed him in a run. After a few minutes of being in the run, he began vocalizing again.
6/30/25 - went to get dog in kennel for workup. was low barking, tail tucked, and urinated when attempting to leash. Vet tech was able to leash dog and walked out of kennel.
06/30/25 10:57 When in the row was unpredictable in reactivity. Sometimes when passing in front of kennel held wagging
tail, other times held hackles raised, forward lunging and alarm barking, howling with whale eyes, tucked tail and hard stare. There wasn't a pattern on when he would or would not react (e.g. with a dog, holding cleaning supplies, not holding anything, etc.)

🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: normal

🚨Notes from BARC: Behavior (unpredictable behavior, at times is at the front of kennel wagging tail, other times, hackles raised, forward lunging, alarm barking)
