Approaching kennel dog is laying down, hard stare, head low. I placed leash and he walked out slowly with tail tucked .
Tense bpody in kennel, very reluctant to walk out. Stood behind him to guide body out the kennel. He walked on a
semi-loose lead and continued to be very tense pulling back at times as I walked him to the next kennel.
2 aggressive dogs tried to attack callers husband
When I approached his kennel, Axel had a relaxed body with a sweeping tail. He walked on a semi-tight leash to and from
the outside runs. Was calm and quiet in his kennel throughout the day.
Tense body in kennel. I opened the kennel and he approached me. I leashed him as he walked out the kennel. He walked
on a semi-loose lead as I walked him outside and placed him in a run.
Dog is in kennel laying down neutral body, hard stare, tail pressed against body. As I leash he gets up and walks out of the
kennel slowly, tucked tail, erect ears and neutral body
Dog is in with tense body. When opening kennel door, he runs to the back and pressed his body against the wall with
tucked tail and raised brows.

🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:

S/O: Pt had Blood in its run this morning. Toke pt out with an ACT and pt
urinationg a stream at first of red tinged urine then urinated 2 more time and had
what looke dlike pure blood dripping from his penis. Pt is skittish so abdomenal
palpation was not possible at this time.
A: Hemauria, Cystitis
P: Pt already was on carprofen and clavamox for a wound. No more carprofen
to be given for now. COntinue clavamox for another week. Refill clavamox on
the 7/11/25 if able to receive a plea or euth since pt skittish and urinating blood.
