📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
King approaches with an open mouth pant, low curled tail, back ears while babytalking and leashing. Walks with a semi-forward leash but takes treats readily. Occasionally spins and pants in kennel.
During heartworm test, King resisted but is treat motivated and can sit on command. He urinates, defecates, and expresses anal glands during blood draw.
He greets at kennel door with a fast wagging tail and jumps up on kennel door. Walks mostly loosely to and from potty yard. Inside kennel, relaxes or jumps on kennel door when people enter.
He may pace back and forth and be vocal when other dogs are brought in from runs but otherwise can be quiet and calm.
King has been observed standing on hind legs when being leashed, walking on a semi-tight leash, and showing some vocalization when others pass. Overall, he shows excitement and some nervous energy but responds well to treats and interaction.
