🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 07/16/25
S/O: reported to not have any interest in food. Yesterday was noted with full bowl as well as this morning. Offered canned food and kitten canned food with no interest. No vomit noted in kennel. Lying down and does not get up from her bed. However, wags her tail and still alert QAR. MM pink/moist. 2 days ago was noted to have vomited up ?hershey no sugar\" wrappers.
A: no appetite lethargic
P: supportive care was provided initially and will continue
Recommend private vet care for further evaluation with bloodwork

7/15/25
Dog does not appear to be eating. AM feeding that was in Evaluation food trough full with kibble. No interest in medication mixed with canned food. No interest in PM medication; bowl with PM feeding still full in adoption kennel. 8AM medication that was mixed with canned food, was still in the bowl uneaten/untouched. Placing it on Vet Eval.
