***OWNER SURRENDER -IN SAME KENNEL AS FLAKA A740106-S3012***
Evaluation Notes:
1 of 2 in kennel: Owner surrender due to owner issue. Owner states he is friendly with people and knows \"sit\" and \"paw\".
Dog displayed sociability by slowly coming over for interaction where he took treats gently by hand with a tense body. After
spending time with him, he leaned in for chin scratches with a tense body. Handler spending time with him was able to leash and
walk him outside. He is reactive to other dogs by barking.
