8/3/25: rads show: bilateral osteoproductive and osteolytic changes in knees, left worse, ddx bilateral cranial cruciate injuries, left worse, needs bilateral knee surgery.
needs radiologist review and orthopedic consult
8/1/25:
S/O: stiff getting up, RR toe touching
A: ddx RR cranial cruciate injury
P: rx rimidyl 75mg bid x 14, rx gabapentin 400mg bid x 14, needs rads V/D and lateral pelvis/knees
