1 med female black/brown dog with sever mange condition. the dog is taking shelter in front of the house, barking and scratching at the door. has killed a kitten and is aggresive with resident.

S/O:
- generalized alopecia and scaling mostly concentrated on ears, face, distal limbs, and ventral abdomen. skin scrape NSF
- no palpable testicles in scrotum, however a distinct round structure felt in inguinal regions suspect possible testicle
A:
- generalized dermatitis
- bilateral cryptorchid suspect
P:
- cephalexin 500mg BID x 14 days
- advantage multi was applied upon intake and will treat possible sarcoptes
