Evaluation Notes:
Dog is curled up on opposite side of kennel upon approach. He is nervous as I enter kennel by retreating further away from me
with a tense, trembling body squinted eyes and a tucked tail. He is not interested in treats offered on ground nor by hand and
avoids contact with me by turning head away. He flinches as I pet him and freezes with same body language.
Later in day I return with high value rewards and he is not interested in treats offered on ground nor by hand. He is easy to leash
and is not interested by freezing on ground with a tense, trembling body, wide eyes and a tucked tail. As I leave kennel he
retreats further into kennel with same body language.
Behavior due to under-socialization and/or environment.

VE- eye discharge/ not walking not eating
QAR, very scared. Ocular discharge OU. Ambualtory x4, stiff and slow.
