8/29/2025 INTAKE
Tense, looking away and down. Leashed and tried to walk to the back of the kennel. Not taking kibble treats. Needed
to be picked up.
8/27/2025 INTAKE
Per HPD MOD, one skinny dog at location ? check property and speak with owner.
9/3/2025
Tense body, will not walk on leash, cowering in kennel. Had to be muzzled and carried to clean kennel.
9/1/2025
Dog was tense, not taking treats, had to use red board to get dog to walk out of kennel. Appears depressed with tail and
head low.

A: fecal negative, ddx worms/giardia/diet/stress, low HW+
P: rx panacur 10ml sid x 10, rx metronidazole 375mg bid x 5
