Vomit in kennel, QAR, does not appear to be eating. Placing on vet eval for possible additional treatment.

S/O: Coughing/cheek puffing. Phlegm present in kennel.
A: DDx CIRD
P: Move to Tx room and initiate treatment; Rx Doxycycline 300mg SID x 10 days
