🔹 Intake
2 dogs alone in the back yard of the property; owner was taken to jail

📝 Shelter Notes:

9/5/25 ? Very aroused on leash, heavy panting and walks in a zig zag motion pulling forward at times

9/7/25 ? Mikey was more adapt in the AM in the outside runs. As I approached kennel he was very wiggly with a fast wagging tail. Once leashed dog leans forward on the leash and would zigzag alot as well as playbow. I would toss treats to try and get his attention but he didn?t care for them at the moment. Walked him to kennel and he has been quiet then wiggly when I pass through.

9/8/25 ? When I approached his kennel, Mikey had happy tappy feet. I leashed him and he walked on a light leash to the outside runs with a tense wiggly body. He walked back inside on a semi-tight leash. He was calm and quiet in his kennel throughout the day.

9/9/25 ? When I approached his kennel, Mikey greeted me with a wiggly body. I leashed him and he walked on a light leash to and from the outside runs. He was occasionally vocal while other dogs were passing his kennel in the AM.

9/10/25 ? When I approached his kennel, Mikey was standing by the kennel door with a relaxed body. I leashed him and he walked on a semi-loose leash to the outside runs with a wiggly body. He walked back inside on a semi-tight leash. He was calm and quiet in his kennel throughout the day.

9/11/25 ? Placing on Beh Consult: When approaching kennel he greeted me at the front with a heavy open mouth pant and perked ears, as if it was his turn to go outside. He tried boiling past me but was able to place on leash. He then continued to pull forward then turn to jump on me. I tried offering treats but wasn?t responding to them. When placed outside he would begin fence fighting and high pitch vocalizing at the dog next to him.
