📝 Shelter Notes:
9/10/2025 ? When I approached the kennel dog was pushed to the back of the kennel with whale eyes. I attempted to leash multiple times and he started to hide his face. When I would touch him with the leash he would have an intense flinch. I was finally able to leash up and we worked him up with no issue, however when walking him to his new kennel he started to vocalize any time the leash would tighten and he started to bite at the leash. Placed on adopt eval to monitor. Please place on NMP if behavior continues.
