was a move adopt into south. When retriving from runs dog was jumping up spinning and high pitch barking making it difficult to leash. ONce leashed walked i zigzags and circles around me not interested in treats. covered kennel due to dog forward barking and jumping up on kennel door knocking over water bowl when someone walks past.
Pulls forward strongly on leash, walked on a semi-tight lead. When placing in outside run, Chopo tried to run past my legs and escape the runs.
Dog was in the runs when i retrieved him. He was highly aroused, had dilated eyes, was pacing back and forward and was vocalizing. Once i leash him, he walked on a tight leash.

Behavior (over aroused, jumping up, spinning, high pitch barking, difficult to leash, doesn?t respond to treats, kennel is covered due to forward barking, jumping on kennel door when people walk by)
