per caller states dog is on school grounds of windsor village elementary ....dog is by the bus ramp
📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
Tense body pancaked in kennel and shaking as I approach. I opened the kennel leashing her and he was hesitant to walk. I had to pick her up and carry her to the next kennel.
whale eyes in kennel, laying down in the back. Wont take treats, wont walk on the leash, I had to carry her to her new kennel.
Timid in kennel with whale eyes, hasn't improved much as far as walking. Had to carry to new kennel.
