📝 Shelter Notes:

10/10/25 ? Chase was a move adopt this morning. He was vocal when left in an outside run and passing kennel, happy feet, jumped on gate, ears back, panting, dilated eyes. When entering run to take a picture, he was very excited and jumped on me, licked my face, not responding to treats. Passing kennel, he was still aroused and vocal then I took him outside again where he sniffed around, not interested in toys or fetch, sat on the bench with me and licked me again. He was very vocal throughout the day when anyone entered the row, not interested in enrichment.

10/11/25 ? When walking through the row for feeding, Chase had removed his cover and was barking loudly and panting toward the kennel door. When leashing him, he was jumpy and wiggly bodied. He pulled on the leash toward the kennel door; once at the runs he was vocalizing and panting. Bringing him back, he was calmer but not interested in treats or enrichment. Will try row hydes to see if that helps him calm down.

10/12/25 ? Chase has been barking and vocalizing from his kennel?s door. When I leash him up, he was pulling the leash all time and not taking treats. In the outside runs, he was barking standing in two legs front the door. He presents piloerection, heavy panting, and dilated eyes. I gave him extra enrichment (Nyla bone).

10/13/25 ? Vocal in kennel, pacing back and forth, jumping up onto kennel door making it difficult to leash. On leash, he walks on a semi-loose leash too and from runs. Ate a few treats being tossed.

10/13/25 ? Nonstop vocalizing while customers were passing through. Forward barking with a high flagging tail and dilated pupils.

10/10/25 ? Dog neutered, green tattoo applied.
10/10/25 ? Mild dermatitis noted. HW test negative.
