📝 Shelter Notes
10/28/25 ? Timid in kennel, had to guide body out. Once out, he tucks tail and trembles heavily on leash. Doesn?t move much but slightly perks up as other dogs pass by. Had to be carried back to kennel.
10/29/25 ? Tense, tail between legs, sat in back corner of kennel. Would not walk, carried outside and back inside, stiff.
🚑 Medical Notes
10/25/25 ? 44.8 lbs. Heartworm test high positive. Received DA2PP-V, Bordetella, Rabies, Pyrantel dewormer, and Advantage Multi for dogs 20?55 lb.
10/26/25 ? Dewormed again with Pyrantel Pamoate suspension.
