💜 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:

I approached Ash while she was in her kennel. She backed away from me a little when I opened the door and barked a little at me. She is so little I think she was trying to intimidate me lol or she?s just a big dog in a little dog?s body. I was able to leash her and she walked halfway down the kennels then stopped. I gave her a treat which she took gently then we started walking again. She seems unsure of everything around her. Loud noises seem to startle her as well. Once we were outside she did get a little more confidence. I feel like every pic I took of her her ears were back as she was still I?m sure figuring out my intentions. SHe was never aggressive and not once did she bark or growl at me. I think in the kennel she was trying to be a big girl and show he?s the boss lol. She?ll be fine once she?s away from the

📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:

Sitting in back of kennel with a tense body and avoiding eye contact, as I leaned into kennel to leash he jumped away
from me turned back quickly towards my hands
Ash was a move adopt this morning, She presented dilated pupils, a tense body, tucked tail. She walked slowly to her new
kennel. After Am walking time, i walked by her, and i heard her growling and barking at me, i opened her kennel door, and
she started to quiet down, she got near me and started smelling my hands and her tail started to wag.
Growls , lunges and foward barking at front of kennel. I opened the kennel door and her body became semi-tense. I
placed leash on dog and she began walking on a tight leash. She would occasionally show interest in treats
Timid upon arrival. Began thrashing on leash, calmed during work up.
Ash was a move adopt this morning. He was hesitant entering his new kennel, not responding to treats, then walked in
following the ACT inside, semi-tense body, tail low wagging, lip licking.

This morning, Ash greeted me at the front of the kennel with neutral ears, a wagging tail, and a soft, closed mouth. During
feeding and spot cleaning, I noticed Ash on his bed, cowering with a worried expression. I used baby talk, and he
responded by greeting me with a low wagging tail.
Today Ash continues to remain quiet behind the sheet throughout the day. When approached, she stands at the front of
the kennel with a loose body and soft closed mouth. Walks on a loose leash when taking her outside.

in her kennel she is very calm and is usually asleep, when she makes a potty in her kennel she leaves it in one place and
does not paint. when taking her for a walk in the morning she was very calm and wiggly she walks on a loose leash and
loves babytalk. in the kennel run she is waiting by the kennel door.
Ash was vocal towards other dogs when they passed her kennel, paws on door, wiggly body, wagging tail. When leashed
from kennel, she excitedly scurried forward and sniffed toward other dogs as we passed them, lip licking, ears back, wiggly
body, tail wagging. She became vocal when left in an outside run. She continued to be vocal as customers passed her
kennel.
When a male ACT entered her kennel using baby talk, he crouched down and she climbed into his lap with tail between
her legs wagging, lip licked, ears back, then turned over showing her belly, gently pawing toward him, giving squinty eyes,
and corners of her mouth pointed up. She became vocal as customers passed her kennel, jumping on the kennel door.
During spot cleaning, customer was walking and stopped in front of Ash?s kennel. Ash began to lunge and growl at the
client as he walked away. Ash was observed displaying whale eyes, a worried expression, and a low tail.

S/O: Milky nasal discharge and minor cough
A: DDx CIRD
P: Move to Tx room and initiate treatment; Rx Doxycycline 100mg SID x 10
days
