11/5/2025 ? dog is quiet in the kennel and walked lose.
11/3/2025 ? When approaching kennel I observed that he kept his kennel clean throughout the night, as it was his turn to go outside he walked well on loose leash to the runs and later returned to kennel laid in his bed quietly.
🚑 Medical Notes:
11/13/25 ? 48.0 lbs, 5/9 heartworms. Deworm, DA2PP-V, 5.00 pyrantel.
11/12/25 ? 48.0 lbs, 5/9 heartworms. Administered booster vaccine.
11/12/25 ? S/O: 10 days of doxycycline completed, no clinical signs observed. A: URI resolved. P: move out of treatment kennel.
11/02/25 ? 48.0 lbs, 5/9 URI. S/O: Dog has nasal discharge sneezing and continuous coughing.
10/26/25 ? 48.0 lbs, 5/9 heartworms. Dewormer: Pyrantel Pamoate.
