🔹 Intake
1 pregnant husky abandoned by owner after being evicted, has been left at the property for over a week. Advised caller not to feed.

📝 Shelter Notes

11/23/2025 ? When approaching Star was laying down in her kennel. She walked on a loose leash to and from the kennels with a waggy tail. Once she was back into her kennel I placed the sheet over her kennel door.
12/02/2025 ? This morning, I noticed Star barking and lunging when I passed by her kennel with another dog. When I approached her kennel, she was lying on her bed, showing whale eyes and a tense body. I used a baby talk, and she wagged her tail but maintained the same body language. Once leashed, she willingly walked out.
12/03/2025 ? Lunging forward and baring teeth then forward barking as I walked past her kennel with neighboring dog Sarge. On the leash Star walked very well on a loose leash and was relaxed in the runs. Due to incident placing on BEH.
12/04/2025 ? Star was laying down when approaching her kennel.

? On 11/27: Delivered 5 deceased puppies; all appeared premature

? Normal weights across exams (64.6 lbs)
? Conjunctivitis; monitored
? Vaccinated & dewormed
