🔹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲:
Dog tied up at apartment complex entry gate.

📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:

12/13/2025 ? Dog was at the front of kennel with open mouth and a loose wiggly body. As soon as I leashed the dog, they bolted out of the kennel. Pulls very hard on leash and will throw themselves against leash. Is dog friendly, but throws himself towards every dog making it very hard to walk him. Went back into the kennel with some difficulty.
12/12/2025 ? Dog is at the front of the kennel ready to go outside. As I open kennel and leash he walks out holding a forward leash and body, low tail and dropped ears. When outside in the grassy area he kept a forward leash pulling towards other people and dogs.
12/9/2025 ? Dog greeted me in front of the kennel and when I leashed him he walked semi tight leash and when he got in the kennel he walked in then as I tried to get out and close it he then tried to dart out pushing my leg out the way then I had to hold him from the collar while I got out and close the kennel door.
12/16/2025 ? Leon began jumping on kennel door as I approached. I had to quickly leash and once leashed dog pulled very strongly outside of the row. Once 2 dogs got out away from dogs I tried to start tossing treats to get dog to slow down. Did not help as I had to then use both hands to take control of the leash due to dog?s strength. In the run dog would run around. Once it was time to come back in I had a hard time to leash him back up. Dilated eyes with constant pawing and jumping on kennel door. Once leashed dogs ignored treats and pulled back to kennel.
12/15/2025 ? Dilated eyes and jumping on kennel door as I attempt to leash. Once leashed dog is very strong on the leash. I tried to toss treats but he did not care for them. I had to keep stopping to prevent dog from pulling me. Once in the run dog was running around. As I came back for him he was nonstop pawing and jumping on kennel door. I quickly leashed him up and he tried to bolt off. I had to use two hands in order to prevent him from pulling me. Once back in kennel he began to be vocal.
12/14/2025 ? Leon was a move adopt today. Approaching Leon he was standing/jumping on the outside run as I?m trying to place the leash. Leon pulls very tight on the leash and jumping on me as we walk to south. Once he was put into his new kennel he started heavily panting and whining.

12/08/2025 ? Intake exam normal. Weight 61.5 lbs. Heartworm test NEGATIVE. Vaccinated at intake.
