📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
Approaching kennel she was sitting by the kennel door, hard staring, trembling, very tensed, dilated pupils. Growling when she seen the leash.
Approaching kennel, dog is very vocal in the kennel. We lassoed the leash at her and she continued barking havily and air
snapping at the ACT. I used a thicker leash and placed my leash around her. She exited the kennel then immediatly tensed up and began showing teeth and lunged/air snapped at me. I pulled her away from me and placed her in the nearest
kennel.
Dog was carried inside the building by finder, after getting loose from the vehicle, and running around the property. When I approached dog to leash her, and begin exam, dog had dilated pupils, tightly curled lips, and was growling towards me.
After I was able to leash her with her head down, she walked out with hackles raised, walking in big cirlces around me.
I received assistance with the intake exam, and the dewormer mixed with canned food, once taken to her kennel. She ate the canned food mixture readily, even trying to eat out of the can that was held in my hand.

🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
- Wound underneath left eye and on the nose
- Dewormer mixed with canned food due to behavior
12/14/25:
S/O: healing wound on nose/below OS
A: healing wounds
P: rx rimidyl 75mg sid x 7
