🔹 Intake:
12/14/2025 ? Loose dog in front of address.

📝 Shelter Notes:

12/29/2025 ? While walking through the row, Marley was jumping in her kennel, vocalizing, and flipping her food bowl into her water bowl.
12/30/2025 ? When approaching kennel, Marley was lunging on bedding. Treats were offered and she was leashed while distracted. Walked on a semi-loose leash to and from runs. Once returned to kennel, she vocalized until offered enrichment, which helped occupy her.
12/31/2025 ? Marley was digging at the divider, high-pitch barking, and knocking over her water bowl. Kennel was covered; she pulled in the sheet and shredded it, continuing to paw at the kennel door. Barrier was used to cover and dog continued knocking barrier throughout the day.
1/2/2026 ? Past two days, Marley has kept her kennel spotless and was able to be taken outside for a walk. She remained on a loose leash and took treats gently. After using the restroom, she was returned to her kennel and remained quietly laying on her bed through the day.
1/3/2026 ? Marley was calm and quiet in kennel during morning feeding and cleaning. Greeted handler at kennel door with relaxed body and slow wagging tail. Walked on a loose leash in and out of the south building and picked treats from rail of treats with a soft mouth.

🚑 Medical Notes:

12/14/2025 ? Intake exam completed. Weight 52.4 lbs. Heartworm test high positive.
12/28/2025 ? Upper respiratory infection noted with coughing. Treated accordingly.
Medical records also note repeated heartworm positive status and stable weight.
