💜 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: I'm not sure I love the name Looney for this boy. He's anything but crazy. I think a more soothing nature name like River or Breeze would suit him. He's a gentle sweet soul that seeks out affection and leans in for scratches. He was so easy to photograph because he's a great listener. This 1 year old neutered boy has a doggy cold which has landed on the euthanasia list. Stunning and sweet boy right here! Watch his videos throughout the comments

📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: Presented a nuetral body, worried face and low swaying tail. The dog walked well on a loose leash to the dog run and back to the kennel. wiggly body when approaching kennel, very calm when walking by other dogs. goes into outside run no issue and will use bathroom there left kennel clean overnight. Looney was been standing on all fours and watching ACT/Tech pass by with no issues this morning. He presented with a loose body, neutral eyes, ears up, and low hanging tail. He was walked on a loose leash by another ACT to the HSN trailer and paid little attention to other dogs as he passed by the other kennels. Looney was a Move Adopt this morning and was walked by another ACT to South B. Throughout the day, he has been standing on all fours and staying quiet for most of the day. He does a good job of keeping his kennel clean thoughout the day and paying little attention to other dogs as they pass by his kennel. dog was sittign in front of the kennel door and once i leashed him he walked lose leash to the runs and back in kennel dog was quiet. Looney was standing at the front of his kennel quietly with a neutral body when I approached. He leashed well and walked on a loose leash. When offered enrichment he took it gently from me and went to lay on his bed with it. calm in kennel stays on bed throughout day, walks on loose leash will potty in the outside runs.

🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: S/O: Coughing and mild lethargy. Vomited overnight. Ate half of food. Gave cerenia per Vet. A: DDx CIRD P: Move to Tx room and initiate treatment; Rx Doxycycline 200mg SID x 10 days 05/03/26 Physical Exam Findings: Body Score - BCS 2/9 Body Weight - underweight Attitude - Friendly Skin - Very long nails Hair Coat - NSF visible Neurological - NSF Eyes - NSF Ears - NSF Nose - NSF Mouth - Mild plaque Musculoskeletal -Grossly decreased muscle mass, Al ribs are visible, Hip Bones Heart/Lungs - NSF Abdomen - NSF Genitals - Both testes present Parasites - NSF on outer coat but does have Hookworms and Heartworms.(Low Positive) P -110 R - 30 Assessment - Dog has long nails, is underweight, has heartworms and was diagnosed with hookworms. Plan -Twice daily feeding appropriate for pt weight // Start HW prevention // 05/03/2026 32.8 lbs 2/9 UNDERWEIGHT Dog has long nails, is underweight, has heartworms and was diagnosed with hookworms. Placing dog on treatment for hooks: Panacur 7.5mls SID X 5 days, then wil need an updated weight for second dosing. Placing on vet eval for vet cruelty notes.
