🩷🐶 Moonie #A2073416 5/13/2026 Euth Req | Staffordshire Mix | Female | 1Y | 28 lbs | HW Negative 💜 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: We were not able to meet Moonie. 🔹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲: Euth Req 📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 5/24/2026: Moonie greeted handler with a neutral body while standing in the middle of her kennel. Once leashed she forward pulled out of kennel and quickly into the hallway while holding a tense body. Outside she held a relaxed body and walked on a semi loose leash. Returning back she forward pulled occasionally but went back into kennel with no issues. 5/23/2026: Sitting in front of kennel with a relaxed body and wagging tail. As dogs walked past her kennel, she lunged at kennel door, showing teeth, barking toward passing dogs and spilling food/water bowl over. 5/22/2026: Dog in front of kennel. Once leashed she walked semi tight on leash the whole time and back in kennel she pulled back. Walked in and baby talked to handler and jumped on handler while trying to close kennel door. 5/21/2026: Vocal in kennel, wiggly body and fast wagging tail as handler approached. Walked on a loose leash. In runs she was play bowing to dogs beside her. 5/20/2026: Vocal in kennel, running back and forth from outside to inside portion of kennel. Bit rubber toy enrichment to pieces. 5/19/2026: Approaching kennel, Moonie greeted handler with a neutral body, open mouth, ears back and low wagging tail. Vocalized when other dogs passed. 5/18/2026: Moonie greeted handler at front of kennel with neutral body posture, low tail and neutral ears. Refused treats and ate them after handler moved away. Once leashed she slightly pulled and showed no interest in treats. Has been quietly lying on her bed this morning. Kennel door remains covered. 5/17/2026: Moonie was very vocal this morning, loudly vocalizing every time someone entered or exited the room. Once it was her turn to walk, she approached the front of kennel with a semi tense body, alert ears, high tail, and ignored treats. Walked on a tight leash and pulled toward runs. Returning she walked on a semi loose leash but occasionally pulled ahead. Since getting enrichment she has been more relaxed and lying on her bed quietly. 5/17/2026: Moonie was extremely tense this morning with hackles raised down her back, hard stare, fully dilated pupils, growling and alarm barking as handler entered kennel to pour food. Scurrying around kennel with tucked tail and growling as handler had to enter kennel to reach food bowl in the back. 🚑 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 5/13/2026: Weighed 28.0 lbs. Intake and exam normal. Healing wounds on left shoulder and other wounds throughout body. Heartworm test negative. Vaccinated with DA2PP-V, Bordetella, and Rabies. Dewormed with Pyrantel and given Advantage Multi flea prevention.
