Evaluation Notes:
Dog displayed sociability after sitting in the kennel with him where he came over for treats gently by hand and affection with a
loose body and wagging tail. He was sitting in the corner curled with a tucked tail and tucked ears upon approach and came over
lip licking seemingly nervous possibly due to environment.

Dog displayed sociability with handlers with a wagging tail and loose body and was walked until he paused as dogs began
barking and was carried into the yard.
Dog displayed sociability with male and female dogs by co-existing with a wagging tail and loose body. He seemed most
interested to greet female dogs. He was easy to return to kennel.

Pt on vet exam list for the left side of the mouth being swollen
QAR, nice boy, scarring with mild left jowl swelling, ambulatory no lameness
Per activity notes Pt had bitten the catchpole when being picked up causing oral bleeding, no active oral bleeding observed
