📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:

7/19/2026: Brownie was at the back of her kennel with wide eyes. I baby talked her and placed a leash over her with no issues. She walked out to the runs on a loose leash. On the walk back she pulled in the opposite direction while on leash and thrashed multiple times. I had to calmly baby talk and pet her until she relaxed. Once relaxed, I walked her into the evaluation room and she followed. She returned to her kennel with no issues.

7/18/2026: Brownie was at the back of her kennel with wide eyes. I baby talked her and placed a leash over her with no issues. She walked out to the runs on a loose leash and returned with no issues. Since being back inside, she has been quiet and napping.

7/16/2026: When going near the kennel she started to show her teeth at me with her lips up, but when I backed away she would stop. This only occurred if I came near her or my hand.

7/13/2026: Dog was shaking, tense, eyes dilated, and pressing her head against the wall with her tail tucked close to herself. She leashed easily but got up slowly while shaking. She was tense and slowly walked into the next kennel.

🚑 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:

7/14/2026:

* Weighed 49.2 lbs.
* Spayed.
* Noted to be postpartum, in heat, and had a friable uterus at the time of surgery.
* Recommended 10 days of Carprofen following surgery.

7/12/2026:

* Weighed 49.0 lbs.
* Intake condition normal.
* Vaccinated (Rabies, DA2PP-V, Bordetella), dewormed, flea prevention administered, and Heartworm test: Negative.
