Bella is heartworm negative. She is currently being treated for Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease (CIRD/URI) after developing coughing, sneezing, and nasal discharge. She also has a healing wound on her left rear leg that caused mild limping and has been receiving pain medication. Her injuries are healing, and her URI is being treated with doxycycline.

Bella is a happy, energetic young dog who greets everyone with a wiggly body, big smile, and constantly wagging tail. She walks well on a loose leash, seeks affection, and loves being around people. Shelter life has made her vocal at times, and she can bark or pace in her kennel, but once she's out, her sweet, playful personality shines through. She is friendly, affectionate, and eager to interact.
