Lal is heartworm negative. He is currently being treated for an upper respiratory infection (CIRD) with green nasal discharge and is receiving Doxycycline for 10 days. He also has bilateral eye discharge with suspected dry eye (KCS) or entropion and was prescribed Erythromycin eye ointment. Intake noted hair loss over his back and flea dermatitis on his hindquarters.

Lal is a friendly boy who greets people with a loose, wiggly body, soft eyes, and a fast wagging tail. He is easy to leash and enjoys getting outside, where he has even greeted neighboring dogs with relaxed body language. Lal has repeatedly shown that he is affectionate, cooperative, and eager to be with people.
