Baldwin is a friendly, outgoing boy who loves people and is always excited to be part of the action. He greets everyone at the front of his kennel with a wiggly body, wagging tail, and happy expression, and is easy to leash. He is friendly and affectionate, and he walks well on a loose leash when he's relaxed.
Like many active shelter dogs, Baldwin has become vocal in his kennel, especially during feeding and cleaning or when people pass by. Once outside, he enjoys spending time with people and simply needs an outlet for his energy and a home where he can finally decompress.
