07/31/2026 Dog is stressed upon approach with a tense body, wide eyes, pinned ears and a tucked tail. He displays sociability with handler by coming over to greet with a loose body and a low wagging tail and is easy to leash and walk outside where he is able to adjust and walks well on leash. He displays sociability with all handlers by coming over for treats and affection with a loose body and a wagging tail. He is seemingly interested in exiting yard by pawing at barrier and attempting to dig under barrier while whining where he is easy to redirect. He displays reactivity with dogs at barrier by barking at them with a tense body, wide eyes, pinned ears and a wagging tail. He is easy to return to kennel.

08/01/2026 Play Group Dog displayed sociability with handlers with a wagging tail and loose body and was walked into the play yard. Dog greeted male and female dogs with a tense body and tucked ears where he adjusted briefly co-existing. He did not respect the communication for space from other dogs and was redirected by handlers. He escalated behavior towards a fearful dog lunging and growling and was removed from the yard. When walking into the building, he growled, snapped, and retreated from handler and pulled to the end of his leash. He was muzzled and carried back into his kennel. He easily allowed handler to remove and continued interest in affection with a loose body and wagging tail. Vet Exam Notes:
