She retreats away from handlers with a tense body, wide eyes, pinned ears and a tucked tail while lip licking. She is not interested in further handler interaction by maintaining space with same body language.
08/03/2026 1 of 3 in kennel Dog continues fearful behavior where he moves into the corner avoiding me. After tossing treats and his kennel mates come over, he slinks forward and leans towards me to sniff offered treats. He is fearful at all movements and noises retreating from me. He does not take treats by hand, nor allow affection at this time. Vet Exam Notes:
