06/29/2026 Limited evaluation due to medical. Dog displays sociability by approaching me at the barrier with a loose body and wagging tail. She is easy to leash and walk outside. She takes treats gently from my hands and is easy to return to her kennel. Vet Exam Notes:

07/01/2026 dr johnson examined- reported tachypnea- also exhibiting purulent discharge from vulva- suspect pyometra r/o underlying pyometra, pyothorax vs chest trauma vs CIRD vs other plan for ovh to address suspect pyometra send to er for chest rads
07/06/2026 Pt on vet exam list for possible kennel cough and not eating BAR, appears anxious and panting, mild mucopurulent nasal discharge and crusts, no coughing during exam Beginning treatment course for presumptive CIRD
07/12/2026 chest rads reveal mild pleural effusion and suspect airspace disease- see resp panel results- already on supportive care, only lateral view performed at er due to resp effort
07/28/2026 recheck- patient is ambulatory, e/d well, resp rate much improved and no longer exhibiting increased effort ok to kennels, ready for placement, already spayed
08/03/2026 Pt on vet exam list for diarrhea BAR, nice girl, no stool observed during exam Beginning course of deworming as precaution
