Layla is a bright, energetic girl who sometimes struggles with the stress of kennel life. She can become vocal and jump excitedly at the kennel door, especially when she sees people, but once leashed she walks beautifully on a loose leash and noticeably relaxes outside. She settles during walks.
Enrichment, kennel covers, and time outside help her decompress, showing that what she really needs is a calm environment away from the shelter.
